Large office block conversion to luxury apartments

This project involved the conversion of an 8 floor office block located in central Birmingham into luxury apartments. The scope of works included full decorations internally and externally. The decoration programme was 6 months with 75% of the works being completed in just 3 months.

The client was focused on quality workmanship and the team worked relentlessly to achieve this, this was made more demanding due to the main power not going on until 6 weeks before handover. Once again a very satisfied customer and a project delivered on time and on budget.
